1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Black Ops VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Black Ops VPN provides a WireGuard-based VPN service for Android. The service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers. A VPN reduces tracking and improves privacy — it does not guarantee complete anonymity.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Black Ops VPN to:

Engage in illegal activity under applicable law
Launch DDoS attacks or network intrusions
Send spam or conduct phishing campaigns
Violate the rights of others
Circumvent sanctions or export control laws

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

⚠ Auto-Renewal Notice: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the same amount unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancel anytime by emailing support@getblackopsvpn.com or through your Stripe customer portal.

Pro Monthly: $9.99/month, renews monthly
Pro Annual: $59.00/year, renews annually
Prices may change with 30 days notice to your email

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Black Ops VPN Pro within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or that the service will meet all your requirements. No VPN can guarantee complete anonymity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
