What We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account or purchase a subscription, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Browsing history or DNS queries
• Connection timestamps or duration
• Your originating IP address while using the VPN
• Traffic data or bandwidth usage per user
• Any data that could link you to online activity

How We Use Your Data

• Email: to send account confirmations, receipts, and critical security notices
• Payment data: processed by Stripe solely to complete transactions
• Aggregate analytics: anonymized, never linked to individuals

Third Parties

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We share only what Stripe requires to process your payment.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify individuals.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion for fraud prevention. Payment records are retained as required by law.

Legal Requests

If we receive a valid legal order for user data, we can only provide what we actually have: your email address and subscription status. We cannot provide browsing history or connection logs because we do not store them.
