How to Request a Refund
Email support@getblackopsvpn.com within 30 days of purchase with:
- Your email address used to purchase
- The date of purchase
- A brief reason (optional — we use this to improve)
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. The amount will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Eligibility
- Refunds available within 30 days of the original purchase date
- One refund per customer per 12-month period
- Refunds are not available after 30 days
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible

The Free plan has no charges, so no refunds apply.
